    - Provide L2 Support for customers, Sales Engineers, Resident Engineers, Distributors, service providers via telephone, online networks, email, site visits
    - Troubleshoot complicated hardware and software issues, replicate customer environments / network problems in the lab
    - Manage customer issues and facilitate communication between customers, escalation and engineering
    - Participate in cross-functional tasks such as new product development projects, support readiness teams and documentation activities
    - Analyse and evaluate test results and validate proper operation


Must have

    1. English fluency both written and spoken
    2. 1-2+ years of experience in a support role (field engineers or as technical support engineer)
    3. From a technical college or university with networking, security, programming and NFV experience, like Engineering or Computer Science Degree preferred
    4. Associate network knowledge (or higher) preferred - CCNA
    5. Network fundamentals including routing, switching and security technologies
    6. Knowledge in IP networking in layers 2-3 (TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, VLAN stacking QoS, STP, RSTP, OSPF, RIP, VRRP, IGMP, MPLS, Multicast routing protocols, IPSEC/VPN)
    7. Working experience with traffic generators and network protocols analysis tools
    8. Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills required
    9. Excellent team player
    10. Presentation skills
    11. Strong problem-solving skills, applicable to large and complex network scenarios
    12. Proven escalation management and leadership skills
    13. Able to multitask when several critical issues happen simultaneously
    14. Eager to learn technology, interest in programming and scripting
    15. Willing to work in cross-time zone time frame, on call/on duty
