Trading Systems as a Service (TSaaS) is Luxoft's new offering focusing on trading platforms for Capital Markets. TSaaS is a hosted managed service, offering clients the opportunity to focus on their core activities and let Luxoft handle their technology end-to-end in a seamless way.
Working with key vendor partners, TSaaS will be central to Luxoft's broader ecosystem of as a Service offerings. TSaaS will focus on bringing the best of breed trading platforms to the market as a Service, underpinned by resilient and elastic cloud infrastructure.
The TSaaS team is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to work on client specific implementations of TSaaS and assist in migrating clients onto the platform. Onboarding and transitioning clients onto the platform smoothly is a critical part of the overall TSaaS offering and involves cloud and capital markets expertise.

Responsibilities

---

• Lead the implementation of DevOps best practice based on developed TSaaS patterns
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure and automation for TSaaS
• Work with security and compliance SME's in the Common Enablement Services team to ensure we are delivering robust solutions that will meet stringent regulatory and compliance requirements
• Work with SRE's to continually improve services over time
• Lead the transition of clients onto the new offerings and services
• Build the CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IAD) pipelines to implement new client installations
• Continually enhance the functionality, stability and scalability of the client implementations
• Work with stakeholders on cost optimisations across the platform based on usage patterns and cloud best practice

Skills

---

Must have

• 10+ years of experience working with enterprise cloud environments
• Excellent knowledge Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform etc.
• Expert hands on knowledge of cloud (AWS)
• Expert understanding of cloud security constructs
• Extensive exposure to Monitoring tools/Dashboards
• Experience of working with Jira
• Agile SDLC experience
• Expert knowledge of CI/CD & IAC pipelines and best practice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capital Markets, specifically Trading Platforms/Systems knowledge (e.g. Murex)

Nice to have

• Ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team with stakeholders and development team members spread across multiple locations
• Experience working with distributed Agile teams, e.g. using SAFe
