The Internal Automation Department is responsible for the development, integration and support of corporate information systems which are aimed at helping internal business processes to run at their maximum efficiency.
At the moment we are searching for an experienced Business Analyst for our Atlassian Practice which provides the following solutions and consulting services for our internal customers:
- environments for project management of distributed teams
- ideation management sub-systems
- knowledge management sub-systems
- chat tool integrations, etc.

Responsibilities

---

— working with stakeholders, gathering requirements
— finding the best solutions to internal clients` requests based on toolset functionality
— conducting presentations and demos, gathering feedback
— participating in the creation of systems roadmaps

Skills

---

Must have

— strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking
— experience in business process analysis
— proactive approach and excellent communication skills
— User Story technics + user story mapping
— knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
— Agile / Lean
— team player
— facilitation and presentation skills

Nice to have

knowledge of various SDLC approaches and best practices (Agile values and principles, RUP, Waterfall)
