This lawyer will be responsible for all legal support of the business unit delivering services to one of the company's clients, a Russian government-owned bank. Position also includes some project management support.

Responsibilities

---

Hands-on corporate governance (including holding of Board and Shareholders' meetings, advising business and corporate functions on the applicable terms of the contracts. Provide day to day advise to management in the implementation of contractual terms in the unit's operations. Draft commercial contracts with suppliers and other third parties. Assist with labor and employment matters (drafting of internal regulations, advising HR etc.)

Must have

Contract Law, Corporate Law, Employment Law, Legal Advisory
Law degree from a top Russian university, major preferably in corporate law.

Working experience in corporate practice in Big4 or international law firm not less than 4 years.
