For a leading fund management firm with crypto exposure we are building a global 24/7 L1 support service. The team is distributed across 3 time zones. For a specialist this is an opportunity to improve the knowledge and skills in investment, AWS, and automation.
- Receive calls from end users
- Solve cryptocurrency trading related issues
- Ensure response time is within the SLA
- Apply known solutions, attempt solving unknown cases
- Constantly improve own knowledge of the support and trading processes
- Document known solutions
- Automate the job where necessary
- Classify and route the tickets requiring L2/L3 involvement
Must have
- Significant experience in Support
- Investment Banking / Trading Support background
- Customer Support or similar experience
- Good understanding of trading workflow
- Familiarity with Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
- Professional ethics
- Clear communication in English
- Basic understanding of Linux OS
Nice to have
- Hands on experience with AWS
- SQL
- Basic Python for automation
- other programming languages
