The role is with our core Development team which is supporting Run The Bank. The role is part of the integration which acts as a processing layer for trade booking and processing applications such as Murex, STP and Static Data applications.

Responsibilities

---

- Strong development experience in Java (5-8 years)
- Strong development experience in SQL Server
- Strong database knowledge
- Knowledge of LINUX and shell scripting
- Willingness to work on proprietary scripting language (EPL)
- Ability to perform all SDLC roles including QA and documentation

 Designing and developing robust, low-latency Java applications for mission-critical trading systems and delivering high-availability and performance
 Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle, prepare and produce releases of software components
 Writing well designed, testable, efficient code with automated unit test-cases and good problem solving skills
 Proficient in Core Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems. Proficient in writing database sql queries.
 Proficient in Spring framework, Spring-boot, Hibernate, Maven, XSLTs, Middleware integration components (IBM MQ, ActiveMQ etc), UNIX and exposure to CI/CD tools like Bamboo, Bitbucket, Artefactory, Jira is desirable.
 Knowledge on Apache Camel EIP framework and Banking Domain is desirable.
