We are a small team supporting PEGA workflow solutions for Group Operations. We provide incident analysis, problem management, release management, application risk and capacity assessment, monitoring and automation tooling management to the application teams. As a support analyst, you'll play an important role in providing our business users a stable application platform to perform their daily business tasks.


    • support the Service & Product Manager across several technical domains
    • ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are operated and run with highest quality standard within the agreed Service Level Targets
    • collaborate with our build/change partners towards delivering quality changes to production
    • Inject continuous improvements via automation and process excellence
    • maintain a knowledge database


Must have

    • 3 years of hands-on experience in PEGA technology along with Oracle and Unix proficiency, in either development or support environments is mandatory
    • Experience with WebSphere, Autosys and excel highly preferred
    • Good ITIL Knowledge preferred
    • Strong ability to manage complex issues, good at problem analysis and drive problem resolution
    • Proven track record of communicating/influencing senior business and IT stakeholders
    • Confident communicator with the ability to breach technology with non-technical audiences
    • Capable of understanding client needs and translating them into product requirements
