• Taking responsibility for full life cycle recruitment for IT specialists from junior to lead level
• Working in close collaboration with hiring managers from Luxoft Poland
• Managing a variety of vacancies, prioritization, multitasking
• Working in a team with a researcher: recruitment strategy development, setting goals, results controlling
• Previous experience working as IT recruiter
• Fluent English is a must
• Excellent communication skills: ability to persuade, to prove
• Good organizational skills, self-motivating, flexibility, attention to details
• Experience in IT recruitment is a plus (Java, С++, .NET developers, QA, Analysts, PM, etc.
