HR Development practices


    Support of managers and acting as an HR Service consultant within a defined Line of Business in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures:

    1. On-boarding
    - Conducting Thomas DISC evaluation for the candidates and employees
    - Mood monitoring and mentoring the new comers during the on-boarding
    - Conducting trainings for new comers

    2. Assessment and performance appraisal
    - Taking part in performance appraisals for the key employees
    - Conducting assessment centers in line with the company's process

    3. Retention and succession planning
    - Monitoring the risks related to the employees attrition and supporting the managers in retaining staff
    - Supporting managers in succession planning

    4. Learning and Development
    - Conducting 360 degrees evaluation
    - Preparing development plans for the key employees
    - Coaching key employees to support their development
    - Organizing and supporting training activities of the staff within the defined Line of Business

    5. Acting as business partner for the managers
    - Establish working relationships with the managers and employees to effectively resolve employee relation issues
    - Supporting managers with the HR Strategy

    5. Taking part in different local and international HR projects


Must have

    HR Consultancy, Communication Skills, Result orientation, Problem Solving, Proactivity
