Working in Business Systems and Services Department which is responsible for the development, integration and support of corporate information systems aimed at helping internal business processes to run at their maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities

— working with stakeholders, gathering requirements, facilitating meetings
— finding the best solutions to internal clients` requests
— managing product roadmap according to Company`s best needs and priorities
— performing impact analysis, documenting requirements
— leading the team, organizing delivery process
— providing guidance / mentoring to other analysts
— conducting presentations and demos, gathering feedback
— providing consultancy to business users
— reviewing test-plans and testing scenarios
