As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will join our Global Employer Branding team and work in a dynamic, challenging environment in association with a multicultural team.
This position calls for excellence in all forms of communication, creativity, and relationship management. Teamwork and cross-discipline collaboration are essential.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in running Digital Marketing campaigns & interested in working on executing employer branding strategies for India (experience in other APAC countries is a big plus), knowledgeable and passionate, and have great planning and interpersonal skills. Being adaptable and having a drive to meet deadlines, targets is crucial for this role.


    - Plan & execute the employer branding and digital communication strategy in association with country manager and participate in defining comprehensive development plans for the company for the short and medium terms
    - Analyze brand equity and propose strategic evolution initiatives to augment the company's positive image while increasing brand awareness and supporting Employer Branding activities
    - Ensure the effectiveness of Employer Branding activities based on shared KPIs with the recruitment organization
    - Produce reports to monitor the results of external Employer Branding activities
    - Execute digital marketing, media, and communication campaigns following the global standards
    - Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
    - Drive measurement of campaign effectiveness using a variety of analytics tools
    - Keep pace with SEO, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development
    - Cooperate with business partners (marketing agencies, graphic designers)
    - Plan and organize events and conferences
    - Process internal documents
    - Create content for social media including our internal portal


Must have

    • 1-3 years of experience as a marketing specialist, especially in Digital Marketing
    • In depth knowledge of the local culture and industry (experience in other APAC countries is a big plus)
    • Knowledge of a wide range of digital marketing techniques and concepts
    • Previous experience in boosting brand awareness and fast-paced positioning
    • Ability to confidently give presentations to global technical and marketing-focused audiences
    • Excellent verbal and written communication (including copywriting) as well as public speaking skills
    • Attention to detail, project and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, are spot on
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Very good English - enough of a command to draft press releases
    • Enterprising, open, ambitious, proactive, positive thinker, willing to go beyond the standard duties and grow professionally

Nice to have

    - Able to understand business goals and transform them into marketing strategy and tactics
    - Experience running A/B tests
    - Experience with graphic programs such as Photoshop is an advantage
