Project Description

Employer Branding Team is responsible for development and support of employer branding activities with regards to recruitment in the company as well as internal communications and support of internal activities.


    - Development internal tech communities' network: increasing awareness and support of the communities
    - Community management: close collaboration with community drives in order to set up an agenda, events\ online talks organization, communications preparation
    - Participation and coordination of projects related to collaboration with internal talents and expertise sharing
    - Setting up and hosting the internal events
    - Process the internal documents flow for the department
    - Produce reports to monitor results of the Employer Branding activities
    - Coordinate the financial data and budgets in terms of cooperation with suppliers
    - Create and update the marketing materials


Must have

    Marketing communications, events organization, marketing collaterals, project coordination

Nice to have

    Project management, social media marketing
