Responsibilities

Design engaging and adaptive self-learning solutions for internal employees and external projects in a variety of formats;
Participate in the needed stages of eCourses development process, such as: planning, scenario development, testing and analysis
Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal team and external clients
Understand current trends and research in the Digital Learning industry and share your expertise with others

Skills

---

Must have

Knowledge of learning and instructional design theories
Experience in designing e-courses and learning materials in different fields such as: soft skills, technical skills, software, procedures and policies, etc.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Strong experience with Microsoft Office software

Nice to have

Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, CourseLab etc. is a plus
