Our team provides end to end application delivery (from business analysis to production) for projects and functional migration services (developing from scratch new applications based on legacy ones which planned to retire). Current team size 50+ people structured in agile sub-teams 7-9 people each. The delivery methodology is SCRUM.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
• Collaborates with Team to ensure operational performance
• Supports Team on deployment schedule
• Solves live performance and stability issues and prevent their recurrence
• Provides recommendations to development teams based on operational analysis

Skills

---

Must have

• 4+ years experience as a DevOps
• Experience in a support, application administration or technical specialist role
• Experience with supporting development teams in an agile, waterfall or hybrid environment
• Good knowledge of any scripting (bash, shell, python)
• Good knowledge of relational (Oracle, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, CouchDB, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Linux (RHEL etc.) and Unix (AIX, Solaris) distros
• Experience with deployment, configuration, and support of J2EE applications
• Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Experience using the Atlassian dev and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
