Project Description

The matter of the project is to integrate and productionize client(s) in-house infrastructure/existing applications with fraud detection SaaS platform run by service provider hosted in AWS cloud.


    Major duties and responsibilities
    - Assisting with onboarding new clients, including documenting processes, contacts, etc.
    - SL1 support for onboarded clients
    - Log monitoring and aggregation
    - Troubleshooting and closely work with SL2 team
    - Proactive improvements to support environment through capturing and documenting resolutions steps and opportunities to automate
    - Identify and create FAQs, etc. to improve client experience
    - Provide assistance to SL2 and integration teams as time permits


Must have

    • Customer facing L1 experience
    • AWS experience. EC2, VPC, Route53, ECS, EKS, Fargate.
    • Experience with Ansible.
    • Monitoring and logs aggregation tools: Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, Zabbix, Nagios.
    • English. Upper-intermediate
    • Experience with ITIL or similar framework.

Nice to have

    IBM Cloud,K8S/Openshift. Deployment, troubleshooting. Write yaml playbooks.
    Hadoop. Deployment, metrics, logs, monitoring.
