Project Description


Working in small dynamic teams who partner with key client decision-makers managing the people components of the program from initial strategy to implementation.

Responsibilities


    • Provide thought leadership and advise customers and internal partners on organizational change management (OCM)/management of change (MOC), including:
    o Change effectiveness planning
    o Stakeholder assessments
    o Leadership roadmaps
    o Change adoption planning
    o Change champion networks
    o Communication strategies and plans
    o Coaching and training strategies and plans
    o Change sustainability and governance
    • Assist internal partners with qualifying OCM/MOC opportunities
    • Build trust and credibility with customers and internal partners at all levels
    • Structure and orchestrate OCM/MOC engagements
    • Lead and manage teams of OCM/MOC consultants
    • Identify and drive opportunities to refine and evolve OCM/MOC intellectual capital, methodologies, and tools
    • Coach and mentor junior resources and lead on-the-job development
    • Provide quality assurance for engagement pursuits, proposals, approaches, staffing, and work products

Skills


Must have

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
    • 10 or more years of demonstrated experience in OCM/MOC
    • Demonstrated experience in customer facing/client facing roles
    • Demonstrated experience in complex, technical and change environments
    • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high performing talent and teams
    • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with high EQ
    • Takes personal ownership and accountability for team and customer success
    • Ability to manage complex and competing priorities and personal time in an agile, demanding environment
    • Ability to work remotely and travel as needed

Nice to have

    • Prosci or similar certification preferable
