Working in small dynamic teams who partner with key client decision-makers managing the people components of the program from initial strategy to implementation.


    • Provide thought leadership and advise clients and internal partners on organizational change management (OCM), including:
    o Change effectiveness planning
    o Stakeholder assessments
    o Leadership roadmaps
    o Change adoption planning
    o Change champion networks
    o Communication strategies and plans
    o Coaching and training strategies and plans
    o Change sustainability and governance
    • Build trust and credibility with clients and internal partners at all levels
    • Deliver OCM engagements and work products
    • Assist with opportunities to refine and evolve OCM intellectual capital, methodologies, and tools


Must have

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
    • 10 or more years of demonstrated experience in OCM
    • Demonstrated experience in client facing roles
    • Demonstrated experience in complex, technical and change environments
    • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with high EQ
    • Takes personal ownership and accountability for team and client success
    • Ability to manage complex and competing priorities and personal time in an agile, demanding environment
    • Ability to work remotely and travel as needed

Nice to have

    • Prosci or similar certification preferable
