Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business stakeholders and (Area) Product Owner stakeholders in order to understand and refine requirements
• Conduct analysis for technical, functional and security requirements and discuss deep dive questions with technical and business teams
• Distribute and explain the requirements to the entire Scrum Team
• Contribute to transitions, migrations and establish with the project team different levels of estimations for the necessary work
• Manage the overall scope of end-to-end implementations from ramp-up, on time realization and continuous service delivery
• Be a pro-active self-starter with a structured and solution-oriented mind-set
• Be accountable for adequate activity and information management in Confluence and Jira

Skills

Must have

• 3+ years of experience as BA in teams, working with FE technologies
• Technical background required, with a proven track record managing complex technical projects
• Deep technical understanding of database models (SQL), web services, APIs and system integrations
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills bridging the gap between technical and business professionals to drive balanced prioritization and collaboration
• Exposure to management activity using tools such as Atlassian JIRA & Confluence
• Exposure to Scrum methodology and Agile environments
• Exposure to software development lifecycles (SDLC) in enterprises
• General understanding of IT infrastructure architecture
• Experience working with virtual and global teams in matrix organizations
• Strong sense of taking hands-on ownership and accountability
• Intercultural awareness
• Very good written and oral communication skills in English
