The Liquidity Technology team requires a business analyst to work on the Intra Day Liquidity projects cantered around the liquidity risk and balance sheet management systems to meet a range of regulatory and internal requirements. This role will sit within the Liquidity Technology department and will work closely with the business solutions team, project managers, business change and development teams on various projects.
As a Business Analyst you will be the focal point in delivering and designing solutions, integrating different, bringing together the business, operations and technology as one consolidated delivery force.

Responsibilities

 Deliver technology solutions to liquidity risk requirements
 Continuous stakeholders' engagement to keep abreast of latest business needs
 Be a stakeholder to drive overall liquidity technology strategy
 Gather and understand business requirements
 Perform end-to-end impact analysis and propose solutions that meet business objectives and SLAs, while also aligning with technology strategy
 Document and present solution designs and architecture and achieve consensus across business and technology stakeholders
 Lead the delivery of functional specifications document
 Provide guidance to the development team from a requirement perspective
 Be the first point of contact throughout the testing phases
 Ensure that project documentation and bank processes are strictly adhered to
 Provide regular and timely updates to project manager

Skills

---

Must have

 Preferably Bachelor's degree or equivalent education;
 Knowledge of SQL
 At least 6-8 years of experience in similar banking projects implementation
 Willingness to take ownership and drive projects
 Good understanding of software development life cycle and system solutions design
 Handling of SQL Complex queries, able to reconcile data
 Experience of working on HTML/ XML/Flat file/CSV.
 Knowledge of bank statements, swift MT messages, Real time payments, XML messaging formats is a definite advantage.
 Good understanding of financial market products, equities and derivative products is a good to have.
 Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills across various levels in the organisation
 Attention to detail and able to work within tight timeframes and manage multiple deliverables
 Good presentation skills
 Experience on tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Nice to have

 Any knowledge on SAP products and particularly SAP-LMS (Liquidity Management Solution) would be a definite advantage.
 Knowledge of Intra Day Liquidity, and Balance Sheet Management would be a definite advantage
 Knowledge of reconciliations between ledgers and bank statements, real time reporting requirements is good to have.
