Application Design
Diagrams for the system
Firewall ports
Autosys
Tyk / Netcool
Connect: Direct
General hardware knowledge when people start asking questions
General investigation of anything going wrong on the system
Working with Bank / MicroFocus / DXC teams to resolve issues
Background knowledge of Information Governance principles
Stand in for technical PM
Working with DXC Environments SME and RBS Technology on the setup of environments (SIT, NFT, UAT, production, etc.)
