The customer is a leader in supermarkets and e-commerce, and at the forefront of sustainable retailing with a family of great local brands that serve more than 50 million shoppers each week. As pat of this project need to provide Azure Platform Services including monitoring, installation, configuration and upgrade.
1. L1 & L2, 24*7 support - Includes Monitoring and acknowledging incidents and providing timely updates to Client.
2. Candidate should have experience in working on Azure Support Project.
3. Candidate should have experience supporting Azure Analytic services like HDI, Data Lake Analytics/ U SQL, ADLS, Data Factory, Logic App, Stream Analytics, Databricks etc.
4. Candidate should have experience in installation, configuration of Azure Analytic service.
5. Candidate should have experience in Patch and Upgrade. Should be able to coordinate with client on scheduling of Patches and Upgrades.
6. Candidate should document all issues, resolution and provide RCA.
7. Candidate should be ready to work in night shift on rotation basis. Candidate should be ready to extend his shift time when required.
8. Candidates should provide proper handover of tasks at the end of his shift.
9. Expected to have 6-8 years of exp with 3 years relevant exp.
10. Good to have Hadoop Admin experience.
11. Candidate should be well versed with ticket tracking tolls like SNOW, Zendesk etc.
12. Should be aware of importance of SLA and incident management. Should know to escalate issues thru proper channels.
13. Should have good communication skills. Candidate if required, need to coordinate with Microsoft for issue resolutions.
14. Preferred location is Hyd followed by Bangalore and Chennai.
