Project Description

L2, L3 Support and Maintenance activities of the Project Management Office platform based on Atlassian products.


    Maintain application,
    Resolve user's requests
    Transfer defects to L3 or other vendors, if needed
    Monitor application health
    Incident solution at the level of business process logic;
    Recommendations for users to implement workarounds


Must have

    Support activities, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Jira Agile, BSS (Business Support Systems), Confluence, Tech Support

    - Experience of support work is required
    - To work on ServiceNow tickets and service requests
    - Understanding of SLAs and basics of ITIL is required
    - work on shifts rotation (early start or late end of the business day) is required

Nice to have

    Experience of Atlassian tools administrating is a plus (Atlassian Jira Administration, Confluence administration, Atlassian Jira Development)
