Team provides Business Intelligence solutions for Customer. This includes work on reporting based on MSBI ( SSRS, SSIS, SSAS) , dashboards on Qlik, Azure data, ETL, Informatica, Salesforce marketing cloud. Team work on customer legacy systems for storing customer enrollment histories and
prospective customer inquiries needed to be updated to provide better visibility and flexibility to support an optimal enrollment process. Additionally, customer team focus on automate certain parts of the enrollment process by using latest technology

Responsibilities

Primary Skills Set - Technical - SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and SQL Server Master Data Service (MDS)

Job Description:
1. Should have 8 to 15 years of hands on experience on MSBI suite.
2. Should be technically very strong on MSBI skills (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS). Should have strong hands on experience on these areas.
3. Should have good client facing experience and very good communication skills. Requires the candidate to discuss architectural designs and technical solutions with the client partners.
4. Should have good team management. The candidate will have to ensure that the end to end work is completed by the offshore team members.
5. Should have strong analytical and solutioning skills. Candidate will need to be involved strongly in development (coding and reviews). He/she will have to review the offshore team members' code and present it to the client technical leads during the client code review process. Should be accountable for the overall code quality and schedule.
6. Should have good experience in laying out strong processes. He/she would need to bring in processes to ensure that the coding and testing are completed on time and with the highest quality.
7. Experience on Informatica and ETL tools are good to have. Experience on dashboard tools like PowerBI/Qlik are good to have.
8. Should drive the technical calls with the client partners and ensure that work is estimated and allocated correctly with the team members.
