Project Description


We are looking for Account Director in Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance division to grow business with leading Russian financial organizations and meet DXC Luxoft's targets from both revenue and profitability perspective
Person will be responsible for selling of full DXC Luxoft's portfolio and lead multimillion deals

Responsibilities


    Execute the entire sales cycle from finding new prospects to up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients in Banking, Capital and Insurance markets
    Meet individual targets (TCV, revenue and margin)
    Identify new sales opportunities and areas to grow DXC Luxoft's business
    Build and retain strong client relationships, including c-level contacts
    Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales and other teams in matrix structure
    Pipeline management in Salesforce, reporting to management

Skills


Must have

    7+ year experience in sales of complex software/consultancy projects to leading Russian financial organizations
    5+ year experience as account director
    Deep understanding of banking and capital markets
    Wide industry contact book
    Positive references from current large clients
    Strong communication skills
    Fluent English

Nice to have

    Delivery and project management experience will be a plus
