Responsibilities

As a Corporate Action Consultant you will hold overall responsibility for planning, executing and monitoring daily operations of Corporate Action Pre-Processing in line with agreed Service Level Agreements. You will ensure efficient cooperation with other Banking Operations units. You will closely cooperate with Pre-Processing (managing the Security Events creation and the release of the notifications) and Processing teams (managing mainly the instructions and bookings processes) in 3 different locations: Switzerland, Germany and Singapore. You will maintain occasional contact with the clients custodians' network in relation to their service.

Must

• Relevant professional experience in the banking back office
• Know-how in the Corporate Actions area (both voluntary and mandatory events)
• Capability to autonomously get around in a highly challenging, fast-paced and complex environment
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of written and spoken German and English
• Excellent organization skills
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and abroad (per individual arrangement)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Avaloq Core Banking Suite
• Command of Italian
