Project Description

About the Project

Luxoft Autonomous Drive (AD) is currently working on the activities in the development of future platform software based on POSIX. Activities will be to understand the requirement specification and develop middleware software framework which includes car functions, Service registry and discovery, interface for CAN & Ethernet. The SW architectural basis for high-performance functions in future vehicles, providing modern SW technologies such as service-oriented-architecture, Some/IP, RESTful.

Responsibilities

Collect all the requirements inputs from customer.
Prioritize product requirements in alignment with customer feature owner and restructures the customer requirements to user stories
Resolve technical items to support the development team and facilitates regular meetings with customer stakeholders.
Own the responsibility for one or several Work Packages (Features) including product vision, product roadmap, product backlog and sprint backlogs
Cooperate with Scrum Master and the Scrum Teams on a daily basis to answer questions, providing product and technical expertise, and making decisions.
Participate in Scrum meetings such as grooming, planning, review and retrospective.
Participate in the Sprint Reviews, approves Scrum team´s delivery by accepting User Stories (acceptance criteria).
Actively demonstrating cross-functional collaboration with engineers and stakeholders in Germany and other locations.

Approve technical documents and reports.

Skills

Must

Engineering Degree
8+ years of experience in embedded automotive SW domain
Knowledge of Automotive SPICE standard
Embedded Linux and POSIX Experience
Requirements Management and Elicitation Experience
Full proficiency in Scrum and Kanban. Ability to adapt processes to stakeholder needs and introducing major improvements to the process.
Team coordination and Responsibility
Knowledge of software development life-cycle, practical experience with related activities
Proficiency in English & German language is required.

SAFE process knowledge & experience
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) Certification
Experience with micro service-based infrastructure
Understanding of common Rest services and APIs, as well as the impact of scale and performance.
Knowledge of functional safety development (e.g. ISO 26262)
Experience with AUTOSAR (Classic or Adaptive Platforms)
Experience with Yocto
Experience with HW Targets as ARM and Renesas R-Car
Feature domain expertise knowledge such as embedded automotive functions,Connectivity, vehicle infotainment
Project management skills
