L2/L3 Support Lead, Krakow

Project Description

Excelian is looking for a L2/L3 Support Lead to join our team.

Who are Digital Consulting?
Excelian Digital Consulting is a team of energetic, enthusiastic, expert individuals working together to deliver cutting edge software solutions for the financial services industry. You will be instrumental in helping us find, adapt and invent solutions for complex scenarios. You will be involved in solving workflow problems, developing new ways of visualizing data, and working out what digital solutions the client needs in their solution that even they don't realize yet.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-7 L2/L3 Support Engineers;
• Troubleshoot day-to-day user issues on all environments
• Handle escalations to other teams as appropriate
• Perform code changes to fix issues, where appropriate without development team engagement
• Plan & execute UAT/PROD releases
• Create CHG tickets as per Change Management regulations to coordinate UAT/PROD releases
• Maintain up-to-date monitoring on all applications, create/modify alerts to suit the app requirements
• Document key findings, run books, operating procedures, etc.
• Work through incident management tickets to their resolutions
• Configuration of environment with dev/infra team
• Other relevant duties

Skills

Must

• Support Lead experience
• Experience providing L2/L3 support
• Unix/Linux
• strong SQL and SQL queries writing skills
• Experience with hotfixes, patches, config releases
• Experience dealing with business users on support and requirements gathering
• Basic Java skills, reading and understanding Java code.

Nice to have

• Experience with source control (GIT)
• Docker
• Jenkins , Maven (any CI/CD)
• Experience with ETL system
• Any scripting like Bash, Shell, Python
• AWS (S3, EC2, ECR)
• JavaScript

  • English: Upper-intermediate
