Our team primary location is Kiev, working remotely in client environment in close collaboration with customer management, IT OPS and Development teams.
Provide proactive monitoring, support, fault diagnostics, and trouble-shooting for the Data Communications, Voice Communications and MDS Infrastructure
Support the LAN/WAN/VOIP network infrastructure.(including Cisco Catalyst IOS, Cisco Nexus)
Support for Network Security infrastructure - Firewalls(Checkpoint/Cisco), Remote Access (Cisco ASA/Firepower), RSA, TACACS,
Support for Mobile devices including activation/termination, upgrade, fault, knowledge of Blackberry UEM server infrastructure and mobile client.
Perform administration functions associated with the Cisco UCM (VOIP), voice recording and call logging systems.
Perform administration duties for the CISCO switches and routers.
Provide support for Business Users requests and queries
Ensure that maintenance and backups of Data Communications, Voice Communications and MDS Equipment are performed.
Provide Training and Guidance to Business Users and other IT Infrastructure sections
Provide cover for the other shifts when Networks, Voice and MDS Support Staff are on holiday or sick
Ensure that in the event of a fault, down time is kept to a minimum.
Perform and Assist with the Recovery of Systems and Applications at Disaster Recovery tests
Be proactive in suggesting how technology can be used to improve/enhance business processes to save costs or provide a competitive edge
Ensure that documentation (procedures and processes) are correct and up to date.
Perform additional duties as assigned by line management
Minimum of 2 years Cisco Networking (Routing and Switching) experience;
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Investment Banking environment;
Good knowledge of managing and maintaining Network Monitoring platforms;
Good knowledge of network security best practises;
