Project Description

Seize the unique opportunity to take part in building up a new HR administration team in Berlin! You will work in an international and experienced HR team, learn every day from a whole range of HR topics, and help us to shape the future HR in a progressive and growing company.

Responsibilities

The HR Generalist covers all HR administrative activities for Luxoft Germany

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Independent processing of all operational HR processes, from hiring to resignation, in close cooperation with Managers, HR Business Partners and Recruiting;
✔ Preparation of contracts and correspondence, systematic filing, preparation of qualified recommendation letters and certificates of employment, preparation of statistical data;
✔ Support for international employee transfers and the onboarding of new joiners;
✔ Partner for employees and Managers on HR-relevant topics, handling of the payroll System LOGA and our global HR System;
✔ Responsible for running the monthly payroll for a defined payroll circle;

FURTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Cooperate on Global HR practices in a technology-driven fast growing company;
✔ Cooperate on setting up a new HR administration team and the definition, development, and continuous improvement of growth-proof HR processes;
✔ Provide guidance and help with ongoing HR questions of our internal clients;

Skills

Must

MANDATORY SKILLS

✔ University degree
✔ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the HR administration in Germany;
✔ Working knowledge of major HR administration processes;
✔ Basic knowledge of German labor law;
✔ Service orientation, great communication skills, self-confidence, empathetic, problem solver, team player, high professional standards;
✔ Willingness to learn, openness to international cooperation with different cultures;

Nice to have

NICE TO HAVES (not a condition)

✔ Experience with Workers Councils;
✔ Experience in a company active in IT or technical field;
✔ Experience with working in a corporate environment;
