HR and Benefits Administration Specialist for USA, Guadalajara, MX

Responsibilities

•Maintain the full life cycle of an employee, including but not limited to the new hire process, change job transactions, benefits administration and termination process, in our HR and payroll systems.
•Support administration of Benefits by monitoring all weekly benefit vendor files and correcting errors as needed.
•Process semi-monthly payroll deduction reports for commuter, FSA and 401k plans
•Responsible for updating HRIS and payroll system as well a running reports
•HR Service Desk: Payroll and benefits questions, letters, etc.

Skills

Must

•At least 3 years of experience in HR Administration or as a Payroll Specialist or Analyst.
•Experience related with Benefits Administration.
•Experience with ADP Workforce, preferred
•Fluent English (written and spoken)
