HR and Benefits Administration Specialist for USA, Guadalajara, MX

•Support administration of Benefits by monitoring all weekly benefit vendor files and correcting errors as needed.
•Process semi-monthly payroll deduction reports for commuter, FSA and 401k plans
•Responsible for updating HRIS and payroll system as well a running reports
•HR Service Desk: Payroll and benefits questions, letters, etc.
Must•At least 3 years of experience in HR Administration or as a Payroll Specialist or Analyst.
•Experience related with Benefits Administration.
•Experience with ADP Workforce, preferred
•Fluent English (written and spoken)
