Intern Support Engineer, Dnipro
The support team of the project is responsible for user support of these information systems. There are about 13000 employees in Luxoft spread over different locations in Switzerland, UK, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Great Britain, USA, etc.
All of the Luxoft employees are our users. We perform user support (advising, permission control, help with settings configuration) and technical maintenance. We use ServiceDesk system to handle user tickets for support.
• Configuring and automation company's business processes workflow in the system;
• Support of data integration processes with other corporate systems.
