Project Description

One of the world's largest providers of products and services to the energy industry has a need to develop and support enterprise information system in Oil & Gas domain.
Project is related to collection, visualization and analysis (including real-time) of the data received from production and test wells evaluation

Responsibilities

Design and support application architecture
Interaction with development team
Participate in application development
Communication with technical and business stakeholders

Skills

Must

Required qualifications:
Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to stay current with Application Architecture best practices, design patterns, existing and emerging technologies and platforms, architectural and systems engineering trends.
Broad technical expertise in the design and development of complex multi-tiered engineering applications.
Proficient in developing .NET-based desktop and web applications.
Experienced in web technologies (HTML5, Typescript, Web API, Angular, Bootstrap, etc.)
Familiar with development of microservices, messaging (RabbitMQ, MQTT) and the use of containers
Must possess excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

Desired qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering
Experience with design and development of firmware/embedded software and device drivers.
Knowledgeable in the various communication protocols such as CAN bus and Ethernet.
Strong C/C++ programming background preferred
Knowledgeable in Managed C++ (CLI) and Interop.
Strong experience with data acquisition, processing, analysis and presentation of high throughput real-time data.
Familiar with the latest IoT protocols and trends.
Exposure to oil & gas specific industry standards/technologie
