Project Description

We are looking for a strong Customer Experience Analyst that wants to improve the everyday experience for millions of mobile carrier users. You will have the opportunity to learn and use top-notch tools that gathers and processes extensive operational data and provides results. You will be able to use your technical and communication skills to provide our customers with valuable insight that will drive the technical aspects of their business.

Responsibilities

Support customer in improving overall QoE and services KQIs by providing proactive and actionable insights.
Validating their settings for new services like VoLTE and in the future 5G.
Support customer in enhancing value of SQA by expanding the internal use of SQA using signatures and proactive care.
Improve system adoption by providing regular on-site training and onboarding new agents.
Support in defining new features and functionality.

Understanding of mobile networks
Experience in network operations
Data and statistics fundamentals
Customer orientation
Fluent English communication

Nice to have

SQA systems and testing methodologies
Knowledge transfer experience

Languages
