Project Description

Excelian Luxoft Financial Services has one of the world's leading Murex practices. We are a top-tier Murex Alliance Partner and a market leader in implementation, integration, upgrade and migration. We provide end-to end project services and have delivered over 200 successful Murex projects across all major asset-classes and sectors including investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury and insurance.

A client is embarking in a Transformation Program -- Fixed Income and Equities Cash Murex implementation -- for Global Banking and Markets (GBM) group in the Pacific Alliance Region. This Transformation aims to increase client's market share and results by reviewing and investing in business infrastructure End-to-End (E2E), including processes, technology and people/operating models.


- Build new up / down stream integration(s)
- Convert existing integration point with Murex version change
- Development of MxML (Workflows, Exchange)
- XSL / Transformation
- Scripting (bsh, ksh, ...etc.)
- Assist existing support group(s) in resolving integration related request or issues
- Contribute to overall solutions as per project deliverables
- Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)



Good product understanding of IRD, EQD
- Trade and payments and workflow modifications in MxML exchange Outbound/inbound interfaces (Pre and Post Trade w/f)
- Experience integrating Murex with:
a. Fidessa
b. Enlace Financiero Indeval (owned by Lgec company)
c. Valpre
e. ClearStream, Euroclear, Bony and CCV
- Workflows to import trades
- Experience using the following technologies:
a. Elastic Search/Hadoop to consuming data
b. Apache Spark and NiFi for data processing
c. Java, XML, Linux, Oracle, Json
d. Rest API, JMS/MQ and integration layers
- MxML Exchange configuration templates
- Interfaces between Murex and other third party systems
- Should be able to pick up new skills about other MX Modules (if not know to candidate yet)

- 4+ years' experience with Murex Integration
- LiNIX (UNIX) and SQL (a must)
- Must have strong personality, logical and analytical skills
- Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner and self-starter
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong organization skills

- Apache Kafka Topics to publish data on real time and batch (a plus)
- 2+ years experience in financial markets role
