We automate the following business processes: client relationships, contracts workflow, purchasing, business travel, budget planning, invoicing, recruitment, personnel administration, time and resource management, e.t.c.
The support team of Internal Automation Department is responsible for user support of these information systems. There are about 12000 employees in Luxoft spread over different locations in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Great Britain, USA, Germany, e.t.c.
All of them are our users. We perform user support (advising, permission control, help with settings configuration) and technical maintenance (applications and databases). We use ServiceDesk system to handle user tickets for support.
