Responsibilities

Project description: Site Merchandiser, Online Store

The Site Merchandiser is responsible for helping to grow the business through best-in-class execution of eCommerce experiences. The Site Merchandiser is responsible for optimizing the customer journey, and ensuring customers are able to easily and effectively accomplish their desired shopping activity. This person uses data, insight, and industry best practices to create great customer experiences.
• Strategy and planning for online execution and customer journey supporting business categories in the following areas:
o Seasonal and evergreen campaigns, online promotions, product launches, purchase funnel selling, page content, pricing display and messaging, multi-channel initiative support
• Site Optimization efforts and experimentation including:
o Testing and creative optimization
o Weekly and monthly reporting and analysis
Strategic projects to help drive business priorities
o Product selling support motions based on data-driven analysis
• Cross functional team partnership with multiple stakeholders including buying, production, creative, engineering and testing teams to support merchandising strategy for online store
- Expert use of data to make optimal decisions and recommendations for website content. Comfortable working with large data sets to find key insights and interpret data into visual presentations.

Skills/Requirements
• 4+ years proven online merchandising experience
• Experience with web technology platforms/working with a content management system to update pages
• Proficiency in web analytics (i.e. Site Catalyst, Omniture, Google analytics, Power BI etc.)
• Strong understanding and passion for websites, UI and Visual Site Merchandising
• Produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams at all levels
and proven team leadership ability
• Demonstrated integrity and a constructive approach to challenges
• Strong computer skills, including expertise in the Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
