Project Description

Our Client has operated in Europe since 1913 and is the largest of IB&M's international businesses. IB&M operates in Europe via a London branch, a UK subsidiary, and a Malta-licensed bank.

The London branch provides Global Markets (GM) services to EU clients via the UK subsidiary which currently has passporting rights into the EU. The strategy in Europe remains focused upon four global industry verticals being Financial Institutions, Natural Resources, Infrastructure, and Industrials & Logistics.

Delivery Manager is responsible for leading project team(s) and making sure projects are executed as per agreed scope, within budget and up to the high level of customer expectations using the Banks Enterprise-wide project management methodology, Company toolset, and support processes. Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders. Identify, monitor and implement controls to mitigate key risks for projects, program or portfolio. Manage relationships with vendors and third-party suppliers. Evaluate the effectiveness of project management tools, processes, and methodologies, make recommendations for continuous improvement. Work out effective metrics to showcase offshore teams growing maturity over time.

Regular responsibilities:
∙ extensive Governance support
∙ resource lifecycle operational support (on-boarding, termination, relocation, working time tracking, etc.)
∙ resource tracking in Luxoft systems (IBT, LuxStaff, TRM, ED)
∙ data quality check in Luxoft systems (IBT, LuxStaff, TRM, ED)
∙ invoicing conduction: timesheets collection and reconciliation vs Customers' internal time tracking system, approvals request, SO creation (InvoicingSys), payment tracking
∙ contracts monitoring: SLA tracking, requirements check
∙ security and Compliance support
∙ travels and visas support (LuxTravel, BPM)
∙ cooperation with corporate services (HR, Recruitment, Fin dept, Legal dept, BTD, OPR, GR, etc.)
Additional tasks:
∙ SAM support
∙ administrative support of account staff and account and delivery management
∙ Ad hoc requests from the Customer side



• Minimum of 7 years' Project Management Experience;
• Experience in managing moderately complex projects;
Experience in working with team augmentation \ outsourcing;
Hands-on working with Jira, excel, ppt;
• Experience working in Distributed Agile project team environment;
• Strong leadership, people management and communications skills;
• Sound financial control and reporting skills;
• Knowledge and experience in using a Solution Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC);
• Good understanding of modern Project Management Methodologies (Scrum is a must)

Nice to have

PMP, Scrum Master certifications, Exposure to Capital market and risks domain, records of acting as a Scrum Master
