Project Description

Luxoft Digital Enterprise Agile Practice team is responsible for supporting Digital Enterprise line of business on topics related to Agile Transformation, Agile scaling, Agile coaching @ project and team levels and Certified Agile training. The purpose of the team is to develop and grow Agile capabilities; support business development, enable launch and supervise delivery of Agile consulting and training services for Luxoft Digital Enterprise clients; support complex digital transformation projects from Agile perspective.

The team acts as a center of expertise for Luxoft Digital Enterprise line of business, providing pre-sales support, thought leadership, community leadership, training and delivery support to the team


• Consulting and coaching of client management and Luxoft delivery management on Agile adoption
• Support Agile services business development and pre-sales
• Leading Agile transformation projects, including assessment, roadmapping, team staffing and management
• Training Agile teams and executive leadership
• Thought leadership (speaking at conferences/meetups, analyst briefings, blogging, driving Luxoft communities of practice)



• Deep practical experience in Agile setup in corporate environment for both IT and non-IT organisations (enterprise-level coach with hands-on Agile implementation in delivery management)
• Excellent communication and collaboration facilitation skills
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders of an organisation (CxO and MD -levels), both on the IT and business side and advise on organisational and cultural transformations
• Agile mindset
• Strong team player
• Actual Agile certifications (SAFe Program Consultant or higher from ScaledAgile Inc., PSM1/PSPO1 or higher from or CSM/CSPO or higher from Scrum Alliance)
• Experience in large-scale distributed Agile projects and scaling frameworks (SAFe - must have, LeSS or Nexus - nice to have) as well as Agile transformations
• Experience in hiring, building and leading the team of Agile coaches
• Experience in P&L responsibilities
• 10+ years in management or coaching positions
• 5+ years in driving Agile transformation
• Fluent English
• Ready to travel (primarily across EU and UK)

Nice to have

SPCT from ScaledAgile Inc., PST from, or CST from Scrum Alliance
• ICF MCC or ORSС or other relative certification in organisational coaching
• Education or scientific degree in psychology
• Experience in offerings and blueprints development
• Experience in applying Design Thinking to drive organisational changes
• Published articles or conference talks on Agile/Lean topics will be a plus
• Exposure to technology topics like Continuous Delivery, DevOps and Cloud will be a plus
