Luxoft is looking for HR Development Specialist to provide HR support and advice on corporate programs and processes as well as identifying HR solutions for the business and operational needs.

As a member of the local HR team, HR Specialist is also responsible for participating in global and local projects on different HR areas: corporate culture, retention, engagement, development and local law regulations.

∙ Provide guidance and support to managers and employees (e.g. advising on performance management, career development, retention etc.)
∙ Develop, drive and manage the HR solutions in different areas (e.g. team workshops, teams leads club, Global Engagement Survey etc.)
∙ Ensure realization of HR processes in assigned part of the business
∙ Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
∙ Support people's growth e.g. by advising on and coordinating evaluation and developmental programmes
∙ Manage or participate in local and global HR initiatives depending on business needs
∙ Ensure compliance with legislation and HR procedures in the area of responsibility



Relevant degree
2-3 years of relevant HR experience
English level from Upper-Intermediate
Good communication and presentation skills

Nice to have

IT-industry experience would be a plus
