Project Description

Support of LuxHire system. It is a system based on Atlassian Products (JIRA). The system is used to recrutment to organize recruitment and hiring process.

Responsibilities

User support
Consulting Users
Helping with the L1 support and requests from recruiters
Configuration of JIRA
Technical Maintenance
Other support activities

Skills

Must

English: Pre-intermediate

UNIX (Debian or Ubuntu)
- installing
- system configration / volumes management etc
- monitoring

SQL
- Experience in databases and queries
- database administration basics

Nice to have

1) Experience in a user support
2) TomCat/Apache/JVM administration
3) JIRA Administration and configuration
4) knowledge of build automation tools
5) Basics of Programming (Java, C#, C++, Shell Scripts)
6) Web (HTML, XML, JavaScript, REST)
