About the Project
Connectivity Services is a part of the Group CTO organization within the bank and delivers global Telecommunication services in partnership with the company’s strategic vendors.
Primary services include Data, Voice and Security Networks including Carrier and Telecommunications infrastructure.
Person chosen will be responsible for driving the Voice Transformation program forward to the successful finish.
Decommission of Avaya devices (global)
Design solution for complex voice users
Migrate Trader Voice to new solution
Secure alternate dial tone services for platforms and services that cannot leverage Skype infrastructure
As an organization, Connectivity Services provides Product Management, Network Engineering standards and regional Infrastructure and Operations services across Switzerland, EMEA, APAC & AMER regions.

You will have an opportunity to lead one of the key network transformation programs within one of the world’s biggest investment bank.
As the Voice Program Manager you will work within a global international team and be able to provide a clear leadership and direction to its members, including integrating with and providing oversight of development deliverables owned by 3rd party resources.
Cooperate with all the organization levels up to the Connectivity Managing Director.
An opportunity to lead a project created entirely from scratch.
Recruits, hires, and trains team members.
Develops regular budgets and schedules (usually annually) to support the program's implementation.
Develops funding plans to ensure the program's ongoing delivery and success.
Creates and implements guidelines for evaluating the program's strengths and areas where improvement is required.
Assigns tasks to team members to ensure project objectives are completed as required.
Communicates expectations to team members.
Counsels and disciplines team members who do not perform to expectations or who violate company policies.
Appraises team members' performances and offer feedback to employees and, when appropriate, to managers.
Resolves problems with program as they arise.
Monitors program's progress and reports this in regular meetings with high-end managers and any stakeholders funding the program.
Must1. FLUENT ENGLISH!
2. Experience in leading complex IT projects – this is a program from scratch.
3. Experience in leading the Transition and transformation programs
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
5. At least 5 years or Program Management experience in medium+ size programs (1-10mil USD).
6. Strong project management skills
7. Proven stakeholder management skills
8. Proficiency with PM tools like MS Project, Visio, and Jira
Nice to have1. Service Improvement experience
2. Knowledge and experience in area of Voice technologies
3. Market recognized PM certification (PMP/SCRUM)
