Project Description

A Payment System implementation project for Major Retail Bank client, includes payments processing via credit and debit cards, express/instant payments and digital wallets like Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payments accepted within seconds from anywhere in the world throughout integrations with the number of payment gateways and multi-currencies. Mobile payments implementation and digital wallet using contactless payments in digital mobile channels. e-commerce and m-commerce payment processes are key for the business landscape of the project deployment. Project is already started and the employee will join existing project.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with business stakeholders and operational level executives
• Document business, functional and non-functional requirements
• Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
• Refine backlog regularly
• Become and serve as an SME for both the team and a customer
• Collaborate with developers on architecture, to find a best consensus
• Triage and Validate customer requests and defect claims
• Owning and being the lead analyst on projects, ensuring the requirements and solution design are complete and valid
• Completing data analysis and defining data models and mappings
• Clearly documenting project information and solutions and ensuring knowledge is disseminated around the team
• Reviewing, supporting and when necessary planning and executing testing (QA, integration testing or UAT)
• Working on both large (strategic) and small (Business As Usual) projects within an agile lifecycle methodology
• Peer reviewing other BAs documents
• Completing ad-hoc data analysis

Skills

Must

General:
• 3+ years of experience in the card and contactless payments projects, mobile payment solutions, payment hubs and core transactional payment systems
• 5+ years of experience in Business/System analysis
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
• Good knowledge of UML, SysML, Archimate, BPMN (practical knowledge of Enterprise Architect)
• Excellence in requirement Elicitation, Validation, Documentation with focus on quality and consistency
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Confident and effective communication skills to both technical and non-technical teams,
• Efficiency at multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on-time and to a high standard
• Understanding of epics, story's and storytelling
• Experience with Agile/Scrum
• Ability to learn new business situations and IT systems quickly
• Technical/solution architecture background, good understanding of technical landscape and architecture

Domain Knowledge:
• Payments and Banking professional with strong knowledge about development and implementation of payment solutions
• Extensive knowledge of electronic banking products and services
• Detailed knowledge of national clearing house (KIR) rules and regulations
• Expertise in payment services value chain with knowledge of acquiring processing, network core processing, like switching and issuing processing
• Experience with payment products from settlement and clearing perspective, receivables and billing
• General knowledge about market standards in area of payment fees and commissions management
• General knowledge on VISA/Mastercard (including EMV) business models and product marketing approach
• Knowledge of the innovative authorization processes and existing security standards both for cards and mobile payment services
• Comfortable with reviewing technical designs, providing feedback and confirmation of alignment to desired capabilities
• Strong experience supporting technical delivery
• Proficient with eliciting business requirements, reviewing process flows, developing technical / system flows
