L2/L3 Technical Support Engineer, Bucharest

Project Description

Research and identify solutions to software issues.
Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
Ensure all issues are properly logged.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.



Looking for a candidate who have hands on experience on Linux platform, should be able to troubleshoot issues related to Application & Linux environments (clustering, high availability, load balancing etc.).
Working Experience with any Database/ Java Apps.
Excellent skill to work on Application Support, Deployment of Release, patches & fixes on Platform.
Root cause analysis & implement various recommendation as suggested by L3 team.
Analyze server performance, perform tuning and ensure high availability & stability of platform.
2 to 4 years of experience in L2 Production support.
Should be able to work in 24*7 shifts (with option to work from home during night shift).
Good knowledge of banking products and related front-end / back-end system knowledge.
Good customer handling capabilities and should have good communication skills.
Comfortable in interacting with external customers and internal stakeholders, should have good interpersonal skills.
Should be a team player and coordinate well between Internal and External team
Bachelor's degree in a Computer / Technology / Software related subject or equivalent.

Additional requirements (desirable):

• Experience with Web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, NodeJS, Grunt, Bootstrap, Angular, etc)
