One of the decommissioning streams is to build a solution where a single view of client is provided to Global Markets sales team. Client information includes client address, contacts, regulatory classification, authorized representatives, past transactions, sales margins and more.

Responsibilities
Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong Markets experience and superior business analytical skills. Ability in interacting stakeholders at various levels effectively is essential.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders in identifying business requirements
- Apply business analysis skills in documenting concise and precise business requirements
- Assist IT delivery team in translating business requirements into technical specification
- Familiarity with a Client Relationship Management system (CRM) such as Salesforce is a clear advantage

Skills
Must
- Demonstrable skills in business analysis- Hold effective workshop
- CRM experience is a pre-requisite
- Experience in Financial Markets is strongly desired
- Business & Technology led project experience
- Creative / innovative thinker
- Collaborative style of working
- Experience in Agile project delivery methodology including its common tool set such as Jira
