Luxoft Digital Enterprise Agile CoE (center of expertise) provides global Agile transformation and consulting services for many Fortune 500 companies.
Our client is a top pharmaceutical multinational company starting global Agile transformation. We are looking for an experienced coach to facilitate Agile/Scrum transformation in different client divisions distributed between several European countries. Successful candidate should be ready to orchestrate business-oriented Agile adoption within both management teams, business, IT and non-IT teams.

Responsibilities
- Agile consulting and coaching of client management, business, IT and non-IT teams
- Training Agile team, running workshops
- Consulting in Agile project environment setup
- Driving regular reviews of Agile transformation progress
- Ready for travel to Basel or Holzkirchen

Skills
Must
- 10+ years in software development- 5+ years in Agile projects
- Agile mindset
- Deep practical experience in Agile setup in corporate environment (program manager experience is highly desired)
- Knowledge of Lean principles and experience in implementing them
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified ICAgile Professional certification is a must
- Experience in large-scale distributed Agile projects and scaling frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS), related certification will be a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration and facilitation skills
- Servant leadership attitude
- Strong team player
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceutical will be a plus- Fluent German
