Project Description

Standard Request System is the application within Security Office of investment bank. It's using for management of access rights to different client apps in banking IT

Responsibilities

We are looking for Engineer who will join our team in St-Petersburg as SL3 support - working with our dev team in St-Petersburg and Client in UK/US directly managing their onboarding requests, doing custom development and doing production releases.
Ideally we are looking for support engineer with good English and technical background who would like to develop development skills

Skills

Must

English (both verbal and email)
Experience with Unix (SSH) and Unix containers
Experience with PL/SQL & SQL basics 1-2 years
Experience with JSON/XML
Experience with Java virtual machines / Java application servers and oracle performance analysis
Experience with JIRA/ServiceNow

Nice to have

JavaScript 1-2 years
Release activities/SDLC
