Responsibilities

Support all testing activities throughout software development lifecycle
Learn products, processes, technology, and apply that knowledge in a productive manner to ensure quality testing of new software releases and support in diagnostics of site issues
Close collaboration with Software development team
Participate in task planning, risks evaluation, estimation processes
Perform creation, execution, and maintenance of test cases (manual and/or automated), any other testing artifacts
Evaluate testing status and create reports of tests execution
Identify and report defect in defect tracking system, support defect throughout defect life cycle (reproducing, additional logs etc.)
Timely report status and progress of the activities to team leader.

Skills

Must

Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Computer science or related field
2+ years practical experience in software testing
Good communication skills (Intermediate+ English)

Nice to have

Experience with HW testing is a plus
Experience in Test Automation is a big plus
Knowledge of Python is a big plus
Experience with distributed VCS (GIT/SVN)
Experience with defect/task tracking system (Jira, Confluence)
Work experience with XML
Continuous integration tools experience (Jenkins) is a plus
Experience in automotive SW testing is a plus
