Luxoft is supporting a German Premium OEM for sports cars to deliver digital and connected mobility offerings to their global customer base. For the local Russian market, the customer wants to build a DevOps team to support their applications.
The main job here will be to provide cloud infrastructure (Yandex) for the customer's applications and solve market-specific issues as well as market-specific solutions.
Used tooling for process and communication, the team will work with Slack, Confluence, and Jira.
The very diverse project team is using the English language for the complete communication.

- Make technology decisions on a case by case basis
- Define cloud architecture for applications
Must- Public/Private Cloud competence (virtualization, networking)
- Solid knowledge of high availability virtual networking architectures: design, configuration, management
- Good knowledge of the principles of routing/DNS, peering, VPN, remote access, reverse proxy, etc.
- Yandex Compute Cloud / Yandex Virtual Private Cloud experience
- Amazon AWS experience, knowledge of AWS VPC connectivity options
Nice to have- Experience with Russia specific cloud issues
