Project Management Assistant

Project Description

Join our Company and become a member of our professional team.
In this role you will be working on providing the necessary administrative support to Automotive Management and teams like for exp: reporting, data analysis, hardware and software inventory etc

Responsibilities

 Monthly Time sheets: creation and validation
 Data: gathering, processing, monitoring and analysis
 Reporting: headcount, costs, licenses, hardware etc
 Monitoring and helping with the execution for the onboarding process
 Working with the corporate systems in order to execute usual operations such as: ppl allocation, ppl transfers etc
 Maintaining the project structure in the corporate systems
 Business trips management such as: BT creation, visa requests, costs consolidation for the internal reporting etc
 Maintaining communication with the internal clients
 Improve data flow and output quality within project/program
 Service desk: tickets creation and tracking
 Financial PRs: creation based on Management's input and tracking
 Administrative support during the meetings with the customers or with Luxoft Management such as: handling the transfers, arranging the protocol etc
 Act as interface(for team) while communicating with other support functions such as: IT, OPR etc

Skills

Must

• Advanced user experience with MS Office is a must (especially Word, Excel)
• Fluent English is a must (B2-C1) in order to be efficient in all the types of communication(speaking, writing, listening, reading)
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to details, data, facts and numbers, accuracy and analytical mindset
• Ability to track issues and deliver sustainable solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work with challenging deadlines and be able to prioritize the tasks
• Be able to conclude and summarize
• Experience in reporting
• Proactivity

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the IT terminology is a plus
• Experience in similar position
