Contract Coordinator

Project Description

The Contracting Team as part of Automotive Operations Department reviews, processes, supports, and oversees all contracts of Automotive Line of business while maintaining a successful working relationship with internal and external clients, as well as with wide range of corporate departments.


- Draft, review and process contracts in internal contracting systems in close liaison with corporate departments to ensure that all contracts accurately reflect the agreed commercial terms and are fit for purpose.
- Update and maintain files in the contract management system in a timely manner for internal communication, tracking and reporting purposes.
- Provide regular updates/reporting to management, attorneys, and internal stakeholders (as necessary) about the progress of contract status and key issues.
- Contribute to problem solving and mitigating contractual issues.
- Special projects as assigned.



Education requirements:
- Fluent English, preferably basic German.
- Master's degree in a business, legal, or related field required

Professional requirements:
- 3-5 years of contract administration or equivalent experience required
- Considerable knowledge of contract preparation procedures;
- Good knowledge of legal terms and general business procedures and practices.
- Ability to analyze and interpret service contracts.
Required computer skills:
- Intermediate MS Office experience (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Prior experience using a contract management systems

Required soft skills:
- Strong organization skills, critical thinking, curiosity, and problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure, capability of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form;

Nice to have



  • English: Upper-intermediate
  • German: Elementary
